I’ve been reflecting a lot lately on what it truly means to be a strong, independent woman. It’s a journey filled with highs and lows, triumphs and challenges. Through my own experiences and conversations with incredible women around me, I’ve uncovered 10 psychological secrets that have not only empowered me but have also been instrumental in the lives of many strong women I admire. I really found peace with it and learned to love and value the ways I differ from the classically favoured extroverted personality types.
A few years ago, I was going through a particularly tough time balancing work and personal life. Instead of keeping my struggles to myself, I decided to share them with a close friend. To my surprise, she opened up about her own challenges, and our mutual vulnerability deepened our bond.
